“With its A-frame chalets, this hotel stands out amid Queenstown's alpine scenery, a Swiss-style touch close to Lake Wakatipu. I found it appealing that it shares amenities with Scenic Suites Queenstown, giving it a broader feel. The Peaks Restaurant & Bar emphasizes local cuisine, which, to me, makes it a solid choice for a relaxed stay.”

early morning noise limited parking
The gym's proximity to my room WAS a real problem. It caused a lot of noise early in the morning. Parking was also a HASSLE. Spaces were limited, and I often had to park far away from my unit, especially after returning from day trips. It was quite annoying. Considering the hotel is on a VERY steep hill.

wonderful stay!

convenient location fantastic staff quiet air conditioning comfortable temperature
The location was really convenient. It was close to many attractions. the restaurant offered great food and the staff there was fantastic. the air conditioning worked quietly and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. This.
The hotel room lacked proper ventilation in the bathroom, so it reminded me of a foggy environment after showers. The facilities looked a bit old, but they were well-kept.
